REFUND & RETURN POLICY

5.1 Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your OliVita purchase. Due to the nature of our products — including adhesive wellness products, compression wear, and water filtration devices — certain restrictions apply to protect hygiene, safety, and product integrity for all customers.

To exercise your right of withdrawal or request a return, please submit your request here.

5.2 Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original, undamaged packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Product-Specific Return Restrictions

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we cannot accept returns on:

Adhesive Products (OliTape)

  • Opened or used OliTape packages
  • Products with damaged, missing, or altered packaging

Compression Wear (Bambu Knee Sleeve & Similar Products)

  • Products that have been worn or tried on
  • Items with removed tags or hygiene seals
  • Products washed or showing signs of use

Water Filtration Products

  • Opened filter cartridges or systems
  • Products that have been installed or used
  • Items with broken seals

General Exclusions (All Products)

  • Products stored improperly after delivery
  • Items with damaged or missing original packaging

Product Variation Disclaimer

Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colors accurately reflects the color of the products. 5.3 EU/UK Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (as amended by Directive 2023/2673) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right, please submit your withdrawal request here. You will receive an automatic email confirmation of your request.

Important: This right does not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. Once the product packaging seal has been broken, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. This exclusion applies specifically to products that have been opened or used — it does not affect your right to withdraw on unopened, unused items within the 14-day period.

5.4 Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect OliVita product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@olivitabambu.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • Description of the defect or error

We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no additional cost, including covering return shipping where applicable.

5.5 How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email contact@olivitabambu.com with your order number and reason for return, or submit your request via our self-serve return portal
  2. Await our return authorization and instructions (we respond within 2–3 business days)
  3. Ship the product to the address provided in our return authorization email

Important:

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method
  • OliVita is not responsible for items lost in transit during return
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product

5.6 Refund Processing

As OliVita operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email within 2 business days
  • Approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method — please provide your bank account details when initiating your return
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of return approval

Note: Original delivery fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5.7 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Returns initiated after the 14-day return window
  • Opened or used products (except in cases of documented defect)
  • Products returned without prior authorization
  • Dissatisfaction due to fit, comfort, or sensory preference — we recommend reviewing product descriptions, sizing guides, and materials before purchase
  • Adverse reactions or sensitivities — consult a healthcare professional before use if you have known allergies or medical conditions
  • Performance expectations — individual results may vary; our products are wellness items, not medical devices

Product-Specific Clarifications

OliTape (Mouth Tape)

  • No refunds for dissatisfaction with adhesive strength or comfort
  • Review instructions and contraindications before first use

Bambu Knee Sleeve (Compression Wear)

  • No refunds for incorrect sizing if measurements were not followed
  • Refer to sizing chart before ordering

Water Filtration Products

  • No refunds for water quality results that vary based on local water composition
  • Filter performance depends on source water conditions
