SHIPPING POLICY

4.1 Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before dispatch.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional events.
4.2 Domestic Shipping
Estimated delivery times and costs for domestic orders:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (not available in all countries)
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. OliVita is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or other events beyond our control.
4.3 International Shipping
OliVita may ship products internationally to selected countries.
International shipping conditions include:
- Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on destination
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight
- Customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges
Some countries may have regulations regarding the importation of wellness products, compression garments, water filtration devices, or consumer goods. It is the customer's responsibility to verify import regulations in their country before placing an order.
OliVita is not responsible for packages delayed, rejected, or seized by customs authorities.
4.4 Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to selected regions and countries. A full list of supported destinations will be published soon.
OliVita reserves the right to refuse shipment to specific regions or addresses due to:
- Carrier limitations
- Regulatory restrictions
- Safety or logistical considerations
We also reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled due to shipping limitations.
4.5 Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order.
OliVita is not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
4.6 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
If your order appears to be lost, stolen, or damaged in transit:
- Contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date at contact@olivitabambu.com
- Provide your order number and a description of the issue
- For damaged shipments, include clear photographic evidence of the package and product
We will investigate the matter with the carrier. If the carrier confirms that the package was lost or damaged during transit, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
OliVita is not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier but reported missing by the recipient. In such cases, customers should contact the shipping carrier or local postal service directly.
4.7 Product-Specific Shipping Considerations
Adhesive Products (OliTape)
OliTape is an adhesive wellness product intended for external use. While we package all orders to protect product integrity during transit, environmental conditions such as extreme heat, humidity, or cold during shipping may affect adhesive characteristics.
Compression Wear (Bambu Knee Sleeve & Similar Products)
Compression garments are packaged to maintain their elasticity and structural integrity. Extreme temperatures during transit should not affect product performance.
Water Filtration Products
Water filters are packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping. Freezing temperatures during transit may affect certain filter materials; please inspect upon arrival.
Upon receiving your order, we recommend:
- Inspecting the packaging and product immediately
- Storing products according to included care instructions
- Keeping products sealed until use
OliVita is not responsible for product performance issues resulting from improper storage after delivery.
